Warranty – Your Satisfaction is Our Goal

Our pens are unquestionably guaranteed. Bryce takes great pride in his finely handcrafted writing pens, and your satisfaction is his primary concern. Our pens are guaranteed against any workmanship defect or mechanical failure for one year. If you ever have a question or problem, please contact us so we can either repair or replace your pen. We do not warranty against damage from abuse and neglectful use of your pen.

Normal wear and ink refills exhausted in the course of normal use are excluded from this warranty. Also excluded are fountain pen nibs and other parts damaged from impact, unreasonable use or obvious abuse. With proper care, your fine writing instrument will give you many years of enjoyment.

Shipping

Domestic Shipping – Upon receipt of your order, we will ship your pen(s) within a few days via Priority Mail through USPS. You will be notified by e-mail when your order has been shipped. In the event of a delay due to out of stock material, we will contact you by e-mail with an estimated delivery date. If you require a “rush” delivery, expedited shipping rates will apply.

International Shipping – Our site is not set up for international orders, so you will need to contact us directly to place your order so we can determine the shipping and insurance charges via USPS. Tracking for international orders sent via USPS is not available to us once your order leaves the US postal system. However, given the routing number provided, your local country’s postal system may be quite good at providing your order’s progress to you. We will do our best to assist you, but we can not be responsible for the loss or damage of international packages.  Pens by Bryce is also not responsible for any custom’s fees, duties and/or VAT charges.

Privacy

We respect your privacy, and do not share your information with any other parties.
